This tablet is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 15mgs of Buspirone (NDC 68382-182). No, this is not like any of the benzodiazepines. It is used to treat anxiety, but it must be taken regularly, every day, it can't be taken on an as-needed basis. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and headache.
