Z3 Medicine

Could someone tell me what the pill z3 is. It was mixed with my wife's blood pressure pills from target pharmacy.amlodipine 5.

It is also a 5mg Amlodipine tablet, if there is only one in there, the pharmacy was probably short when they filled her prescription, so they had to use one from a different manufacturer.
