No, neither of them are muscle relaxants.
The tablet with the M C13 marking contains 0.5mgs of Clonazepam and the one with the G 3721 marking contains 1mg of Alprazolam, both of which are Benzodiazepines, better known by the name brands Klonopin and Xanax respectively.
These medications are most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders.

And they can both cause depression of the central nervous system as a side effect, so they shouldn't both be taken at the same time, because doing so can potentiate at that and put you in danger.
