I am looking to find out what this pill is. It is yellow and oblong, and has the marking AN on one half and 513 on the other half. Please any info would be great.

This is Resperidal or resperidone. It is used for different types of mental health issues. Often times it is used for folks having emotional crisis. Side effects include marked drowsiness, dizziness, headache, constipation, among many many others.

An oblong, yellow tablet with the marking AN 513 separated by a score line is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as containing 750mgs of Salsalate. NDC: 65162-0513

Salsalate is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication, most commonly used to treat pain, and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, stomach irritation, dizziness, rash, and tinnitus.
