I have yellow oblong pill with 48 on one side and either D or A on the other side. If its an A then the A is rounded and the peak of the A.

I have a yellow oblong pill with a "48" on one side and an uppercase "A" -OR- an uppercase "D" on the other. Since we're unlikely to have two scenarios please try all likely combinations.
