Hello,

Sorry to hear about your mood swings on Axcion. I too have heard about that being a possible side effect.

As to your question on whether Yeduc and Esbelcaps are "ok to take"? - I feel that because each individual may respond differently, the best way to find out would probably be to consult your doctor. This way you can make a more informed decision based on things like: potential drug interactions, side effects, medical history, contraindications, DNA analysis, etc.

One thing you should take into consideration though, is NIH.gov reports that Sibutramine (the active ingredient in Yeduc) is no longer available in the US due to recent clinical studies indicating an an increased risk of heart attack and stroke. In my opinion it's probably not worth taking such risks for the sake of losing weight; which is something that can be done without the use of medication.

Esbelcaps on the other hand, reportedly contains a combination of Fenproporex + Diazepam. Fenproporex is said to be a stimulant in the drug classes of phenethylamine and amphetamines. I don't know if this would cause any interaction with a benzodiazepine (such as Diazepam), but I think it would be a good idea to set up an appointment with your doctor so you can go over these concerns in more detail.

I hope this helps!
