i've been drinking yeduc for a couple of months and lost 20lbs i stop drinking them for a while and just bought a new bottle days ago i opened it and the pills are different color as the ones i was drinking this ones are blue and orange and the ones i drank before were blue & yellow. Can anyone tell me if they change its been a while that i stoped drinking them..

I just started taking these pills and hopefully they work and by reading the comments it looks like they do. I bought my pills in Tijuana, Mexico but you have to ask in different farmacias because they sell at different prices. There was one pharmacy that was selling them to me for $50 and I found them at another pharmacy for $39. I checked about 6 pharmacys.

I just Yeduc about 2 weeks ago. How should I take It? So far I takeing every morning but I still get hungry.

Hi, just wanted to let all of you that are asking about where to find YEDUC, they do sell it, you can find it in any farmacy downtown (centro) Tijuana, Mexico. The manufacturing plant is actually in Tijuana, I used to work near that manufacturing plant so I don't know why the pharmacist are saying they don't make it anymore.
I don't feel sleepy during the day, no cravings at all, at night I sleep like a baby :-)...so it's wonderful! I was scared about the side effects (headaches, jitterness, insomnia) I haven't had none of that. I am taking YEDUC 15mg and L-Carnitine 500 mg, 1 a day in an empty stomach but try to have breakfast within 30 minutes of taking them, we don't want ulcers. I do exercise a lot (2 hours everyday) run 4 miles a day and lift weights (light weights or resistance bands)..I have been taking them 4 days ago and I have lost 4 pounds, my only advice is that if you do not exercise don't take the L-Carnitine since it is a thermogenic (burns fat and developes muscle) it gives you super energy and it's actually not a medication but merely an amino acid....so for all of you that do exercise I recommed taking both. CLEAN DIET is key....Eat every 3 hours even if you are not hungry so your metabolism runs smoothly, if you don't feed your body it will gear into starvation mode and you will start to gain weight so EAT TO LOSE, very small portions, this revs up your metabolism and you will scorch fat not muscle.
This is a about 1200 calorie diet you can follow for 12 weeks and you will lose fat, not pounds (THERE IS A DIFFERENCE GUYS) you will look and feel like a million bucks!

Breakfast:
1 cup of oatmeal (skim milk , soy milk or simply water)
3 Egg whites (boiled or cooked)
1 cup of Tlanchalahua tea (you can find it in TJ)

Snack:
1 medium fruit (banana, I know they say is bad for the sugar but is natural sugar THERE IS A DIFFERENCE in processed sugars and naturals, it has lots of potassium for the heart) apple, plum, any you like or a cup of sugar free gelatine or sugar free pudding.

Lunch;
TUNA or Chicken Breast, all the vegetables you want to eat (cooked or raw)
Water (you can drink natural lemonade, jamaica, etc...use splenda if you like it sweet, very little please)

Snack:
Same as above, fruit or gelatine or pudding

Dinner:
Same as above, protein (tuna, chicken, turkey) cooked, broiled, NO FAT ADDED, vegetables, water.

Pre-Workout: 1 orange

Post workout fuel:
Myoplex LITE protein shake (This is only if you exercise in an intermidiate or advance level, if not ommit this part)

YEDUC is a miracle when it comes to control cravings and the sensation of hunger but girls EAT PLEASE!! at least very small portions.

I have an exercise plan too, if you are interested email me because is long (cardio and weights)

By the way, I weighted 220 pounds after having my first baby, I am down to 145 and look and feel better than in my 20s.

Guys, you can buy YEDUC at Farmacias Milenio in Tijuana (Centro), the label says $250 pesos, around $17 dollars but they give you discount 30% so you end up paying like $12 dollars.

I was wondering how you take it? I just bought some yesterday and they told me to eat it after breakfast, but my co-worker says she takes it on an empty stomach?

I think as long as you eat within 30 minutes of taking the pill is fine. Sometimes I take it after and sometimes before, I just make sure I eat within 30 minutes. By the way, if you have any irregular simptoms, anything unusual you did not have before you take it, do not take it anymore and seek medical help. You can take St, John's Worth (tea or liquid), it inhibits sibutramine right away. St John's is a plant so you are somehow safe.

I just started taking Yeduc, but I have a question. One pill is not doing anything for me, can I bump it up to 2? They are 15mg.

i wouldn't double to 2. they take a couple of wks to really work. try monitoring food intake for a wk to see if that kicks it up a notch. but 2 might make you feel jumpy and irritable. did you get them in mex? i've been looking everywhere for more and can't find them. and not going back to mex nor is anyone i know, anytime soon... and am running very very low.

So do this pills have a better result to take them before having breakfast ( on a empty stomach ) ?
I just bought them today but the Pharmacist just adviced to take one if you Do not exercise and two if you do exercise but I forgot to ask when to take them ?

i exercise reguarly. i take 1 in the am before i eat a lite bfast and hit the gym. i haven't lost a crazy amt of weight. maybe 5 lbs. since nov but im in decent shape. i would try 1 for a week if you exercise in the am. if nothing happens, try 2. they sometimes make me a bit queezy on an empty stomach. i've done it. and don't notice a difference on how they work either way. i don't even take one every day anymore since i don't really have many left, and still haven't gained any weight back. can you tell me where you got them? and if its poss for me to get anymore without going to mex?

I'm starting on my 2nd week, I don't feel anything with the pills except for more hunger is it normal or does my body need to get used to it before it wroks? Does anyone kno? I'm taking the 15mg

I've been taking YEDUC for 18 days and lost 3 lbs , I just to eat big portion of meal and now I can be satisfided with small amount of meal it is great , now the bad news I can't sleep at night and recently have headache all day...I search for side efects and I found out the there is a very serious sides efect like serotonin syndrome ...I know all of us want to better and heahltier by looking good in and
out but PLEASE!!! MAKE A SEARCH BEFORE TAKING ANY DRUG EVEN IF IT WORKS GOOD FOR A FRIEND IT MAY BE DIFERENT FOR YOU...we all want to improve our lilfe not to harm it..GOOD LUCK FOR ALL OF US!!!!

I'm responding to Kristina's response, regarding Yeduc. I think, it's great you've lost 15 lbs in a month. I too, take this pill, and it dose really work. Kills my appetite, for the most, however my food intake is much smaller then before. It's amazing and with zero side effects! Just wanted to share some positive feedback! Cheers!

HELLO GIRLS I HAVE A BIG ????? I STARTED TAKING THE PILL WHEN I STARTED MY PERIOD AND ITS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK AND I STILL HAVE MY PERIOD MY MOM TOLD ME TO STOP UNTIL MY PERIOD IS DONE? Ive been taking Yeduc for about a month a few months ago and i lost 12 pounds then i stopped taking them because i only bought 1 bottle i gained twice the weight but i went back to mexico and bought more im losing the weight again yes they do work very well and they are not expensive the most they run up to is twenty eight dollars and its worth it and the side effects i got was constipation,its like im on speed,and dehydrated maybe the side effects are different for everyone.
