I started taking subitramina about a week ago and it is AMAZING. I simply do not feel hungry at all. I could go hours without eating, and when I do eat, I eat very little. I do make sure though that I eat healthy food, since im eating little in the first place, might as well eat something healthy. A lot of fruits like papaya, apple, banana, any fruit you can get your hands on. I also try to get beans, and oatmeal to prevent my iron from decreasing. I have spoken to my doctor and nobody is recommended to take more then one pill a day, especially if its 15 mg. Anyway, anyone who wants to loose weight, definatly try this pill it is excellent. Side effects, will aside from not being hungry, some foods taste weird, and I have no appetite for anything. I go to the store to see what to buy and nothing will spite my cravings. Sometimes I get a little dizzy, but I believe that is from not eating, so when I do I have a fruit or yogurt.

I bought redumed its the same active ingredient in yeduc but has also l-carnitine and a dr in mexico told it works even better i reasearched online about 2nd ingredient and it is also safe , i just stated taking it five days ago and have not weight myself but i hope it works, i took yeduc before but did not finish the bottle !

I just started taking Yeduc yesterday, and so far I feel the same. I did get the dry mouth side effect, but I ate the same. I need to lose 20 lbs. by April. I really hope this helps. I read in a comment that it takes about a week to feel the difference. We'll see.

I've been taking Yeduc for about 10 months and I have lost 25 lbs. I haven't lost all the weight that I want but I've seen my body has a slinder look. I take up to three a day and I feel fine. I eat my meals and by at least 7:00 p.m. I don't eat heavy foods (fruits or a sm bowl of ceral or oatmeal) but I work it off when I work 8 hrs a day as a custodian. I do a lot of walking and lifting, so I have seen the change.

Hi I've been taking Yeduc for a week, recomended by my doctor, she told me that a long time this pill was actually made for people who where depressed and tend to eat a lot. She told me that it did'nt work but it did work for people who wanted to loose weight. The first week I took Yeduc I was feeling weird and less hungry and good thing is that I'm not craving ships like I usually do. My doctor told me to take one pill a day on an empty stomach. For the people who want to know where to get this bottle for less $$ You can get it at T.J as soon as you cross the border there's a building called Loyd and it has a pharmacy. The bottle is $70.00 but they have like the 30% off you end up paying about $30.00 Good luck.

This comment is for Anabelmoreno, did you know that you are not supposed to take this pills if you are pregnant it is very dangerous, I suggest you to wait 2 months after you deliver to take them, the pills are not recommended for pregnant women!--I have been taking REDUMED for 3 weeks and I've lost a lot of inches I can tell in my cloths my pants are starting to fit big, and also my husband started taking them a week ago and is noticing in his belly, I really recommend them.

I started taking Yeduc at the beginning of January. Its great It decreased my appetite. Now, I have to remember to eat. My clothes fit the way there supposed nothing extra hanging out. I dont look like a squeezed tube of bisquits. I asked someone to bring me another re-fill. They brought me another brand in a box similiar. BUT, they gave me headaches, I felt nauseated. SO, make sure when you buy them it's the one in the bottle 15mg. Google the image and it will appear. Dont get another brand the side affects were awful. Well, I have the bottle now and everything is great. Im losing weight! woohoo good luck!
