It's 0.5 mg Clonazepam or Klonopin (brand name), and yes, this dosage and manufacturer (Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc.) makes them in yellow.

Catscry41 is correct, this tablet does contain 0.5mgs of the Benzodiazepine Clonazepam, the active ingredient in Klonopin, used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders.
The color of any given pill is entirely up to whit and whim of the manufacturer and actually doesn't mean anything.
This medication may cause side effects, such as: nausea, headache, irritability and drowsiness.
