Is this a Xanax bar. White long with two slots on one side with the numbers 93/1003. The other side has three slots with 5 5 5 ## answer to xanax bar with 3 slots. NO it is Buspar. Xanax has 3 lines on 1 side. Buspar is like zolift or prozac ## Liza is correct on what this tablet contains, 15mgs of Buspirone, the active ingredient in BuSpar, it is a different class of medication that is commonly used to treat anxiety. Side effects can include: nausea, dizziness and dry mouth. However, it is not in the same class as Zoloft or Prozac. My husband has been taking xanax for 30 years that what he tells me...I've been with him for 15 and he has taken it daily 2 times a day. He recently tried to cut the dose in half and that was a mistake...he was a mess! Now he's back to his regular dose. How can I help him stop??? Does 2mg xanax come in green color? ## Well, the main issue is the colors don't actually mean anything. I've seen it listed in green, white and several other colors, as the generic, depending on which manufacturer is making it. Can you post back with the imprint from the tablet? XANAX - ALPRAZOLAM Is it safe to take a prescribed low dose like 0.5 3x day long term? Is it low enough to not make a withdrawl problem if I stop it suddenly? I need something besides fluoxetine-prozac to calm me but I do not want to take any risk of impaired memory or any other side effects? ## jkl ## This is a tricky question in the sense that every medication is going to effect each individual differently; however from a general point of view, taking such a small dose in order to taper off is a good thing. Personally, I would consider attempting it for a given number of days just to see how you react; and only if it becomes unbearable due to any sudden onset of symptoms or reactions, will you know whether or not you should up the dose a little bit and taper off at a more gradual pace...

My xanax has an imprent onax other side the number 2 has 4 scores an is white also a lil biger than my normal size what's the deal on that? ## Where did you order/obtain it from? Onax is a name brand for 2mg Alprazolam tablets from Pakstan, however, as far as I know they aren't approved in the U.S.

Pharmacy ordered 2 mg white wavy pill that is twice the size of a normal USA Xanax prescription pill. On one side it reads XANAX and is scored in 2 places and the other side reads 2 and scored in half. The order was for 2 mg Xanax and on the container it reads Xanax 2 mg- Alprazolam, however below the bar code in tiny letters it reads Xanax-Alprazolam 1 mg. This was ordered by mail. Manufacturers date is 02/2010 and Expiration date is 03/2013. ## Where they ordered from a legitimate U.S. pharmacy that required a prescription, or from a foreign source that didn't require one? From your description, it seems they are different than the regular U.S. 2mg Xanax bars, but are similar to what some others have reported receiving when ordering in this manner.

Promise! xoxo ## Hi Angel, It is important to note that every medication can effect each individual differently. What works well for you may not be nearly as effective for someone else. Maybe the person taking a lesser effective version doesn't necessarily require a "stronger" medication to control their anxiety. There are many factors that you have to consider when "promising" that something is "wayy better" than something else. That's excellent for you by all means, but it would be horrible if someone else took that advice and didn't get the same results as you did with it, due to different body chemistry; even if your intentions are well.

I was abruptly removed from my doctor of 7 medications, Xanax, Norco, Thryoid, Prednisone, Abuterol,Nebulizer abuterol, Htcz (waterpill)Clairtian-D 24 hr, she stated after i was off the meds a month and 1/2 by letter, that i had been removed and for me to go to the pharm to get a supply of withdrawl prednisone as it could cause me serious problems, however i was off meds nearing 2 months. I went in to the office 4 weeks prior to redo my scripts however wasnt able to UA for her. She had me come the next day i did i gave the UA. however she never got back to me for 4 almost weeks by letter , after i had heard from the triage nurse and my pharmisist i wasnt getting anything because my UA was POS Oxycodne and Amphetamine. tablet is same size and shape as xanax, but marked 10 on one side and PD456 on other ## PD456 football shaped tablet white, 10 on other side. Please help! ## The maximum recommended daily dose is only around 10mgs, so you are in serious danger of overdosing yourself, if you continue to use these amounts. And if you don't have a prescription and ordering them online, without one, then there is really no way of ever knowing what you are going to receive, be it the right dosage, or the right medication. Can anyone tell me if their are doctors online who will rescribe xanax? ## I am sure you could find one, if you looked hard enough, however, since Xanax contains the active ingredient Alprazolam and is a Benzodiazepine, it is a controlled substance in the U.S. and having it prescribed in such a manner would still be considered illegal. In the U.S. it requires a doctor's actual examination/office visit to have these types of substances prescribed. Benzodiazepines can cause some serious side effects and are known to be very habit forming. Are there any other comments or questions? ## Xanax is Alprazolam, GEZZZZZZZZZ

I was prescribed xanax about 4-5 days ago. I been takin 1 mg a day, but have decided to cut back to .5mg due to all the scary stuff I'm reading. If Im able to get off xanax within a month or two, will this have any affects on me? Also, I'm going to do it under doctor supervision, so should the withdrawls symptoms be less? ## Well, you should discuss your concerns with you doctor to be sure, but no short term use isn't likely to cause any major issues and the withdrawal symptoms should be minimal, if it's tapered slowly. What has you so afraid of taking it? ## I would get off now. I've talked to several doctors and they all say the same thing.... If you take 1mg of xanax for 3 days and just quit, will it have any affects? ## no you will be fine ## It can vary from person to person, if someone is very sensitive to medications, so you may feel some minor effects, when you stop taking them, but it shouldn't be as severe as if you were taking them for a long period of time. was givin a tiny little pill a mental health place she said this will calm u down just like having 1 drink cant remember what she said it was this was awile ago dont think she works there anymore what kind of pill is it ## I really can't be sure, just from your limited description, but it was most likely some type of Benzodiazepine, such as Xanax, or Valium. I cannot find coverage for name brand xanax and alpralazam does not work . what do I do if I cant afford brand name without coverage? ## Insurance compnies do not like to pay for brand name drug when a generic is avaiable. They most likely will make you pay for brand name, and since you have insurance the drug company will not give you a discount card either. So either get use to the generic or pay big bucks for brand name. It's just the way they work. Sad but true. ## There actually is a discount card available from the manufacturer, Pfizer, that can even be used by those that have insurance, but I am not certain how significant that savings may be. What is this pill called and what are the effects? ## Based on the description provided I'm thinking that this imprint "G3222" is a Greenstone Ltd. White 2mg Xanax/Alprazolam Bar. The imprint itself is not listed in the drug databases, so I'm basing this information off of another user's post; which aren't always 100% reliable.
