I have suffered from paralyzing fear and ulcerative colitis when I get very nervous. The ONLY thing that seems to help is Xanax and xanax xr. I need a prescription and I have yet to find a great doctor that takes my illness seriously and realizes I cannot function with severe stomach cramps and dirahhea. I have been to some psychiatrists and they say that they wasn't o wean me off the pills, but I know that I will not be able to function well or at all. Please let me know how to find a doctor that will help me and not judge me since I get VERY sick and have bloody diarrhea when so upset. I began drinking alcohol at the age of 13 to help my mental issues. I saw a double murder at the age of 9. My bipolar was noticed first, then came the panic attacks, Anxiety disorder,confusion, compulsive disorder, and other mental problems. through the years I have been prescribed, 2 years, 4 years, ect. 1 MG 3 days a day as needed. What upsets me is people use, sell, abuse it, and messes it up for those of us who need it to deal with life. The Dr's cut me off, so I find them on the street to blend in society. but, I would much rather have Xanax prescribed because of the danger. ## Interesting Post! I need help finding a doctor in San Diego ca or north county San Diego That perscribe xanax, valume ect. I know all do but some that are more freely open and are more ok with medication first. Osco Pharmacy no longer carries Xanax from Sun Pharmaceutical Company. Now they have Astra Zeneca Xanax but it has much more preservatives to which I am allergic. Who provides 2 mg Xanax tablets in Downers Grove, IL, zip codes 60515/60516 and nearby suburbs i.e.. Lisle, Westmont, Woodridge etc. My body will not tolerate any kind of preservative and I get body wide symptoms. I found something out. I've been through every generic of xanax there is I've been on them for 14 yrs. some people love greenstone, which I have, some people love sun, which I have, and I build a tolerance too quick too sandoz. So I spoke to a professional. He said there was a generic brand of zanax 2mg er that was banned in the us because it is sooo stong. One pill takes care of you instead of taking 4 -8 a day. The us wants to make money. He told me the name and he ordered them for me. I missed the mailman I won't be able to try theses till Monday. But they are called pex-2. They have no fillers. My doc prescribed 1.5 (1mg) xanax 3x daily. But with work and other pressures my anxiety is pretty much constant. I don't feel high on it, but it takes the anxiety away, which is almost a high in itself. Should I approach my doc the way I've laid it out here? He's extremely reasonable. ## Hello, Jimmy! I recently received some supposed 2mg Xanax bars with no marking, they are the right shape and size, even scored into quarters on one side. My mother, 45 years old, was prescribed Xanax by her psychiatrist for anxiety and depression. However, she seem to have an adverse reaction to it. She will take one, forget she took it, and take another. This will continue until she has taken about 30, then she becomes very violent. A day or two later, she won't remember what hapened, and panics when she sees how much she took. She told her doctor that this happens, and he said he wouldn't prescribe them to her anymore, but when she feels panicky, she calls her DR. and he fills them without question. If so, then it contains 50mgs of Hydroxyzine, which is an antihistamine that's is also sometimes used as a sedative. Side effects may include drowsiness, dizziness and sedation. Xanax always have four pieces. Less then four out the door......buspar ## Hello, Josh! How are you? That is not correct, that does not apply to all Xanax tablets. Some have no score lines. The tablet mentioned in your post bears the full marking of TV 1003 5 5 5 and contains 15mgs of Buspirone, which is an anxiolytic. IS THIS GENERIC? ## I'm sorry, but I can't tell you anything from just the shape and color, there are many oblong, pinkish colored tablets on the market. Are there any markings on the tablet? I suffer from severe anxiety and my Dr is more set on me getting with a god therapist. I personally feel that my anxiety would be far more manageable and easier to overcome with the aid of xanax or valium. ## I feel you. I have been with a doctor for a little over six years.
