I have been prescribed 1mg xanax x3 po tid prn for the past 14 yrs. I have always taken the generic form, but, this last refill is a generic form that I have never seen before; it's dark blue, scored, with the inscription 2089 V. As I understand, this generic is manufactured by Vintage pharmaceuticals. I am wondering how well 'known' this company is in regards to the quality of their medications. Hi I recently ordered xanax and recieved warnax-1. They knocked me out instead of just taking the edge off of an anxiety attack. I have extreme anxiety and have been on Xanax for some time. I just moved to Charlotte and can not find a dr that will help. I have had panic attacks for about 22 years. My first was when I was nine. I've been prescribed 2mg 4 times a day and my prescription hasn't run out but I'm having a hard time finding a doctor that I will prescribe benzos. I simply can't make the drive to the old doctor anymore because it's so far away and we totalled our truck. Can anyone please help? I accidentally took a Xanax on Sunday and thought it was a different pain pill I'm prescribed. I am having a blood drug test on Friday. Will I be ok? I have read that it takes at best 48hrs to not show up in the blood. Is this the truth? ## You're not fooling anyone by saying you accidently took a xanax but you shouldn't worry about telling anyone that because you won't need to. It will be out of your blood at max 48 hours. Just drink a lot of water (at least a gallon, im not talking about one glass) and sweat if you are worried about it.

What about the 3mg blue pyramid shaped xanax - Has anyone tryed these? I think the are name brand with a 3 on one side and a X on the other. I am prescribed three xanax 1mg per day and recently I took 1 mg at 12 midnight and another one at 2pm! After work on the way home around 6pm I had a wreck and the officer thought I had been drinking and I told him I had taken a xanax and was arrested for dwi! I got my blood results which shows a .07 blood level on a xanax which I have no clue what it means and am facing jail time! My dr has me on 2 Xanax (.5 mg) pluse 80 mg of oxicodone 80 mg divided 4 Xdaily. I ran out and have Xanax and tramadol...is this dangerous? ## Hello, Sharon! How are you? Since the Tramadol is classified by the FDA as an opioid, it is comparable to taking the Oxycodone with the Xanax. However, the Tramadol is nowhere near as strong as Oxycodone and it would be best to check with your doctor before taking something different. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Xanax is a benzodiazepine that also carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. How can I quater a green bar? They only break into 3's? ## These bar shaped pills are generally only meant to be broken into 3's. In this case you'd probably have to measure out your own lines before cutting it into four sections. Alternatively, I would suggest discussing this "dosage issue" with your doctor, so that you don't have to keep cutting your pills into four sections in order to get a small enough dose. From what I could tell, there are plenty of different dosage options available for Xanax. You may want to consider switching over to lesser strength if breaking the pill becomes too much of a hassle. I've filled my xanax prescription overseas before and always received pex-2 which really work for me. Today I received warnax-1. Does anyone know anything about these? I have been purchasing Xanax online for years now but lately I have noticed that the drugs mailed to me are either extremely weak or plain fake. Today I received 30 2 miligram alprazolam pills that seem to have some effect but they do not seem like the ones I use to get. This is very frustrating. I had this idea today that I was hoping you guys could give me more information. Are there any drug tests I could buy at the store that could detect benzo's? What is the difference between clonazapam and Xanax 1 mg for either ## They are both benzodiazepines that can be used to treat the same conditions, but one sometimes works better than another for any given person. They both carry the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Is there anything else I can help with?

Took a urine test, given to me by my doctor, to see how long the Xanax would stay in my system. I took it on Friday about 10 PM and tested on Monday about 10 AM. I tested positive. I am 5'9" 168 LBS. It's 11/12 and I need to go to the doc before 11/16 to get my refill of xanax, but he said I need to take a drug test before he can refill. I've taken dilaudid (2 days ago) and 3 hydrocodone (today 11/12), so basically my question is, do they only test for what they're looking for (xanax) or test for any/everything? My dr retired. ## You can't get either one without seeing an actual doctor for a regular exam/evaluation. Those are prescribing requirements. And under the new laws, you'll most likely not be able to get both from the same doctor, since medications required for any type of long-term pain management will have to be prescribed by a pain management doctor. i have a white xanax 2mg bar, and they dont say anything on them. just white and 3 lines across it to break them. they broke easily, and didnt taste like the green or yellow ones i normally get. are these fake? ## If it doesn't say anything on the Pill there is virtually no chance they are Xanax. Looking for a doctor in Indianapois that works with anxiety disorders and ptsd. now on Xanax by regular MD 1 mg 5x's a day not cutting it. ## Hi shae, Personally, I think if you suffer from anxiety and need a Benzodiazepine class medication (like Xanax), usually your best bet is to see a psychiatrist, rather than a regular medical doctor. Reason being is that they are better trained in the types of medications that handle these problems and can also help you treat the underlying cause of your anxiety, as opposed to just covering up the feelings and emotions with medication.
