Xanax In A Blood Test

I am prescribed three xanax 1mg per day and recently I took 1 mg at 12 midnight and another one at 2pm! After work on the way home around 6pm I had a wreck and the officer thought I had been drinking and I told him I had taken a xanax and was arrested for dwi! I got my blood results which shows a .07 blood level on a xanax which I have no clue what it means and am facing jail time! Please help me understand what a .07 means on a blood test.

I'm pretty sure that is within the limit for 1mg xanax. I got convicted of a dui after the same type of thing happened to me but it was about 10hrs since I took any xanax so the prosecution didn't use my blood test against me. And I still got found guilty but for me it was mainly because I didn't do good on the feild sobriety test thanks to back problems and only having about 2 hours of the sleep the night before which is y I took some xanax. If u hire a decent attorney u have a chance of beating it, I should have been able to beat mine easily but my attorney was terrible.
