Xanax Vs Venlafaxine
UpdatedI would rather have Xanax. They work better than the Venlafaxine 75mg pill marked 93 7382. What are your thoughts between the two?

These are different classes of medications, Xanax is a benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to treat anxiety, and some pain disorders. It carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, and dry mouth. It can usually be taken as needed, and will have some effect within 15 to 20 minutes of taking it.
Venlafaxine, however, is an SNRI, it is most commonly used to treat anxiety, and depression. Additionally, rather than taking it as needed, it must be taken on a regular basis, and will take about a month to reach its full level of efficacy in your body. Its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and weight changes.
They really aren't comparable.
How long have you been taking the Venlafaxine?
