IMHO the best alprazolam in the free world, the modern
industrialized world, is only, the "brand name" by Upjohn/Pharmacia, (now owned by USA parent Pfizer, and only from a prescription, and only filled, in a USA pharmacy, by that brand name "Xanax" OR, in the
country of Argentina, Gador Pharma produces the absolutely equal in quality of their alprazolam ............

Still, you want a prescription, in South America, by a local MD, then go to a Pharmacia, to make sure it is the real thing, to be 100% sure, of its authenticity.

First off, the diff. Between 4 .25 Xanax and a 2 mg bar/pill. So 8 .25 =2 mg. hope that helped

Alzam (Adcock Ingram) brand of Alprazolam sold by prescription in pharmacies throughout all of
South Africa, IMHO are very, very weak, after two attempts of this medication, during the year 2012, also
Zopax (Cipra-Medpro) the same results. Just my 2 cents worth. (one milligram size tablets) The Alzam are light blue round tablets, with a WC and underneath that the number 785 separated with a score line, the back side are smooth and plain.

The MYLAN A4 2mg alprazolam is just horrible. all other 'bars' are better. because I took 12mgs of the mylan A4 and felt completely fine. also my tolerance is pretty low. MYLAN sucks. Worst generic alprazolam

Just so everybody knows, generic meds can be up to 20% stronger or weaker by law from the original. Common sense says it will be weaker from original for generic companies to save money. I definitely notice these are the weakest generics and these ARE NOT time release from what I've read. Walmart carries these, so don't fill your script there if you do not want mylam. Walgreens has yellow "bars" and I go to Costco for best price on white "bars". Hope this helps a little

Xanax name brand or the round MYLAN A4 is exactly the same, By the LAW they have to be equal. It's in your mind, which is very common if some one has been just takening the Xanax bars for a yr. or two then all of a sudden they get these round pills it puts doubt in your head but they are 2mg Xanax. So take one and relax!

Iv been taking zanny 2 for awhile the white round ones are the same as bars if any one thinks they are diff they are crazy its all your head there just diff makers

3mg A DAY IS Pretty bad, your asking to make yourself psychopathic, because that drug is strong i take it and its the worst withdrawals ever, they never go away once youve taken enough like me, your always edgy and moody, trust me from experience ;)

. As i continue to wean myself from 2MG per day to 1/2 sometimes 1. .with breathing treatments ive been doing fine. ....and quit smoking 6 yrs now with no help.And with the lost of my mother in 2010 u would think i would have such an excuse. I know everyone have different issues but anxiety is more of a reallity than a mentallity just my feelings because u cant wean yourself off of mentallity...impossible...I refuse to let any drug control me. .I control the drug. Along with 2 cervical surgery and no meds. ...God Bless Me! !!! Just funny but sad. . some post sounds like there talking about candy.This is a serious drug not candy. Keep wondering why the size shapes and color suddenly change. The government themselves are weaning u off. ..

No hunny your dumb. I've been taking a half of 2Mg white bars for two years because ii have extremely bad anxiety. I went to a different pharmacy and was given these cricle white w/mylan a4 on one side n + on the back. I started with half 2 hours went buy my anxiety started getting worts so I took another half. My anxiety never went away but instead I was feeling weird, & funny. So I,took one of the few I had left and I felt better. So the next day my doctor told me to try a hole one, so I did still nothing. everyone is different as you can see you like n feel the mylan,unlike myself and the other people that's complimented on this website. But fpr you to call someone dumb because their not like you pissed me off cas I know im not l, and I didn't get relief for anxiety plus s***ty feelings behind it.dont take my words as disrespect ok, but u need to pull back a lil.bit bout thinking you know everything.

Had never layed eyes on the Mylan generic zannies til today, had mostly receieved the nasty tasting quilitest one (the yellow bars) just filled Mylan A4's today and I just took one, about 30 mins ago and I'd say they work pretty well, altho they do seem to be making me a bit more drowsy then the other ones, of course I chewed it first before I swallowed it and im sure it kicked in quicker because of that. I don't take them everyday, in fact I'm only presribed 20 of them every 90 days because I take Buspar daily (for those of u who dont know what that is, it is a non-addictive, non- benzo anti-anxiety) a lot of ppl don't like Buspar but believe me, it works, it just takes about 2-3 wks to get built up in your system. I am only given 2mg zannies for when I get an intense panic attack. I prefer it this way for sure, since I DO NOT want to deal with benzo wd's... I have a friend whos been on five 1mg zannies daily for 8 years (she has a terrible backwoods hick doctor whos been giving them to her since she 16 and now she cannot even live a functional life without them) One time she had her prescription stolen from her purse at a bar and thought she may be able to go without them for a week til she went back to her doctor and she had a like 2 petit and one grand mal within 4-5 days! I have also seen other people get seizures from not having them, so if a doc ever cuts u off for any reason (which any doc with any heart or a brain would not do that cuz they know benzo wd's can kill u), and u have been taking them daily for a while, then seek medical attention cuz u could have a seizure and possible really hurt urself or others around u if ur driving when u seize. Anywho, I think I like the bars a tiny bit better but these mylan a4s are certainly pretty close to bars... theres my shtick! lol Hope it helps some of you..
