I've been on 1mg klonopin for years for my anxiety disorder and I just got changed to 1mg mylan xanax due to my son getting diagnosed with cancer so I nervous about a new pill...opinions on how different from klonopin. .

Personally I have been prescribed Valium1 on several occasions in the last 6 years. Now, I do have a prescription for the 14 years I have been on methadone ( prescribed 60mg daily) and I have messed around with Xanax for along time with it. MYLAN 1 was what I was getting from someone. After burying several friends because of OD's from this, I'm currently doing Clonazepam 1 and for about 2 weeks I had a few anxiety episodes, a couple panic attacks, and I lost some sleep. I'm fine now and I feel better knowing I did it. I know my story is way different then yours and a lot of ppl on here but I wanted you to know how I felt switching. You can add the fact I'm prescribed methadone for chronic( and I mean terrible) pain and I have to get my Clonazepam illicitly. For some reason they think I'm depressed and I've really tried everything, but they ( drs) freak now about writing anything for anxiety, at least where I live. I have tremors, shakes and sweats along with anxiety episodes,and panic attacks so bad I carry an inhaler yet I'm not anxious. Go figure but I'm sure there are other reasons they choose not to.
Sorry to ramble but I think you will do fine with the switch. Please let me know how you are and did!

The oval shaped blue footballs are actually the Greenstone brand which I find to be the best. They make a real Xanax brand 1mg but it is whit and round. I don't like those either. I get the 2mg Greenstone brand pills which are a white bar with 4 indentions and G3722 on it. Those are even better than the real Xanax brand ones with Xanax written on it. They are almost impossible to get prescribed because the mental health services they offer in my area are sad at best.

Amen!!! I've been on them for 18 years, for high anxiety and panic attacks bad. I do NOT abuse them. But 1 month for some reason I ran out 3 days early. Just want to say, this is no drug to mess with. The 3 days I was out I went into withdrawals. Not pretty at all. To be honest I wish I never started taking them. But they ease my anxiety great.

he didn't mean literal glass. just garbage. they (mylan a1). even if u aren't abusing them switch to a different pharmacy as they are weaker. you are doing more mgs and making your tolerance higher but feeling less. also less potency means they are more expensive because u are paying the same for less.

Same ingredients....or what i mean is, the ingredient to do what it is supposed to do. Kills me how people say...oh the BPs are better than the A 1s and green ones suck. Unless they have been tampered with you are getting the same s***. It's all in your head!

Abuse potential is exactly why controls are controlled. Prescription drug deaths are a national epidemic. Every statement you made is dumbfounding. There most certainly is a reason you can't just walk into a drug store and purchase xanax whereas you can just walk in a purchase aspirin.

I have known 3 people personally that overdosed. Please be careful, all 3 were taking Xanax (or a generic form of it.) However all had opiates involved as well. Xanax can be great when not abused but please think before mixing them with any other meds.

Rite-Aid will fill your Alprazolam prescription with Mylan A1. I had to wonder if it wasn't a placebo....Very little relief relative to Xanax.

I have a blue round pill with mylan A1 on one side and a straight line across the other side. I thought they were going to be effective until they dissolved quickly when I put them in my mouth. Does that mean they aren't a good brand?

"Blue footballs" are alprazolam, same as mylan A1. Which are all generic for Xanax and all work the exact same. And they don't prescribe blue football's as blue footballs... FYI the only true Xanax prescriptions they have anymore are the 2mg Xanax "bars" that say Xanax. Everything else is generic alprazolam which IS XANAX!

Generic pills are always stronger then the real ones. They are formulated like that to keep ppl taking them. Otherwise nobody would want them and they would make no money.
