Is it true that if I have a child and start using pentogen, that when i stop using it, it will take 5 years to fall pregnant again? ## No, that is not true, at most it usually only takes a few months, it is just a form of the hormone Progesterone and is used to prevent ovulation. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, irritability, weight changes, headache, and mood changes. Is there anything else I can help with?

I was asked to take the novelon tablet for 22 days due to a cyst in my right ovary. After the course of treatment, my scan gave a clear report of normal ovary. I got my period on 29th day. It continued for 4 days with normal flow. Then till 7th day I got little spotting. Then it stopped. Now again on 10th day I have got little spotting. Is anything to worry about. I have been taking this pill for about 10 yrs. I refilled my prescription and suddenly I am experiencing hot flashes and sleeping problems (laying awake for hours). Costco says it is the same manufacturer as before (Watson). I am wondering if "bad batches" have been reported lately. My last refill prior to this one was 90 days ago and I had no problems with that refill. My pharmacist says there is no reason and they have not had anyone complain. I have been on norethindrone for 5 years from abnormal menstrual bleeding. My doctor told me I could stop taking it at any time to see if I have gone through menopause yet. Both times I tried, my body aches so severely I can barely lay down or even put clothes on without wincing. Is this common? Why would this happen? Hi, I took an antibiotic in May, then Amoxicillin in June, plus Metrol. I recently developed Oral Trush and now I'm in my 5th day with Fluconazole, (14 capsules). But today my doctor gave me Sulfamethoxazole/TMP DS. I'm not sure if that's ok? ## Sulfamethoxazole with TMP (Trimethoprim) is another antibiotic, so it will not help with thrush, it can actually cause it, as a side effect. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, diarrhea, joint aches, and muscle aches. Hi po. I tried to use althea pill at first my head ached and i know it's just a simple side effect of the pill but the next day meron na akong na. feel na rash in different parts of my body and its very itchy. I have have a yeast infection. This is not my first time, but the last time I had it to took Terconazole vaginal cream.
