Have a sister who took Yutopar in 198I, I believe, because of pre-mature labor. She was hospitalized for 1 week and then was taking it in pill form for another week. She got chills and shakes when she took the medication. She was 6 months pregnant when her she experience pre-mature labor. After 2 weeks of taking Yutopar she called her doctor and told him she would not take anymore because she was concerned that if she had this type reaction what was it doing to her baby. She had a beautiful baby boy, that full term +, that appeared very healthy; however, he has dealt with major issues from youth to present: depression, anxiety, cannot function on a day to day basis. I was given Yutopar during my pregnancy. I don't know of any issues with my daughter. She was still pretty-term. I have a 23 yr old. I took Yutopar in 1989. My son is now disabled and has been most of his life. I was reading that a lot of others have had the same problems. What kind of health issues has your son/daughter have that you think are related to Yutopar? Am I going crazy. Really trying to get answers for my son. I was very happy with it for 7 years with the brand name, then it was switched to generic EEMT made by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and I continued to be very happy with the product. I have irritable bowel syndrome and end up with distended, miserable abdomen and the inability to go to the toilet at all. i need EXACT replacement, dosage, for Estratest HS. EXACT. thanks for any help. ## The exact replacement is a new product called Covaryx. It has the same active ingredients as Estratest. This was according to Centrix Pharmaceuticals. ## This whole thing is so strange. Costco would not fill my script for Estratest, or any generic, but Krogers would. I didn’t want to bleed this summer so skipped the 4 placebo pills and started the next month and didn’t bleed for 4 weeks. I just finished the 4 placebos and no blood. Plz get back with me. ## Hi Shon, From what I could gather, Prolifen (Clomiphene Citrate) is indicated for treating infertility. It would seem however that you'd need to contact a doctor or gynecologist for an in-person evaluation in order to receive a prescription. Clomid also appears to be a more common brand name for this medication (in case Prolifen isn't available). I would just encourage you to discuss any viable treatment options with your doctor to ensure that you're taking the best type of approach. I am 26, post complete reproductive system removal. I lost Medicaid without notice with income limits for a family of four going down to $1600 in Alaska. I have had very bad endometriosis for over 10 years. This was my 4th operation only after becoming completely imobalized with pain.
