Withdraw Help From Xanax 8mg/day & Adderall 12mg/day

Could someone please help me with a SAFE & UNCOMFORTABL WAY of withdrawing from xanax 8mg/day & adderall 120mg/day? Just started only 1 day ago already my anxiety level is thru the roof

Hi Tonya,

The most important thing is to seek the help of a doctor. He/she will be able to help you taper down safely to reduce the amount of side effects from withdrawal. Reducing the dosage by 0.25mg each every two weeks is sometimes recommended with Xanax withdrawal, but like I said, the only way to know exactly how much you should taper (based on your individual needs) requires the advice of a doctor.
