With High Blood Presure Used Prolomet 25 Now Bp Is Low Please Advise

Two years back I had heart attack and since then doctor advised me to take one tablet of PROLOMET R25 . Since then my BP remained normal . But today I checked my BP and found my BP 62 and 104 (lower and uper).Please advise me :
1. To stop taking the medicine
2. what food i should take
