There are a few but I would tell you about Dr. Trinh Truong 414-967-9486. He is the best doctor I've ever had for pain. He really cares and he is with no games. If you are really having pain and in no doubt you are then he is the one. He is not only about pain he is about relieving the pain with injections, and if you don't to seem to let him help you in that fashion then you wouldn't be there long. Unless you have very good reason as to why not.

If you don't mind my asking, what's the name & phone # of the new pain mgt dr you now see that seems to truly care about people in pain? I'm going through the same thing, being let go for no reason at all! Well actually I can still see him and continue w/ all the inj's. & physical therapy, but they're no longer writing scripts due to all the *****s that abuse, sell, buy & OD! So I have to now suffer because of others! It really pisses me off, I mean really, I'm loosing my right to get pain meds to help me get out w/ my family & enjoy my life! I really need help, I'm missing out on the last years of my kids years here at home. Soon they will be moving on & I will not be able to get this time back! Thank you for your time reading this and answering me back. Best wishes for you & your family too....

If your question was for me, I will tell you! After I was done horribly wrong by that witch Muslim pain doctor, Dr. Hasan, who not only had her nurses lie on me in order to screw me over Royally...But she kicked me when I was down!! When I was going through a separation and near-divorce from my wife!...But Praise The Lord God Jesus Christ, my wife and I reconciled and are doing better than ever now!

Anyway, on the very same day I was dropped by that THING called Dr. Hasan, I just went to my car, bowed my head and prayed. I asked God to show me a new pain doctor. Then I did a search on my phone and the very First page showed Advanced Pain Management and showed Dr. Jeremy Scarlett!

I called and got an appointment scheduled 3 weeks from that day. Hasan had given me one final 30-day supply of my pain meds...So I was all set except for one thing...

After reading all the horror stories from people about how they couldn't find another pain dr. That was willing to take them after being dropped by one, I worried and stressed for 3 weeks!

But the day finally came and prior to that, I had so many thoughts...What should I say? Should I lie? Then I definitely ruled out lying! So when I had the appointment, I told Dr. Scarlett the truth...Exactly what happened, and you know what he did?

He looked at me and said, "Brian, don't worry...I'm taking you as a new patient!" Then he examined me and he started giving me almost the same amount of pain meds that I was getting from DR. THING HASAN!

And now, 3 years later, I'm still seeing Dr. Scarlett and his equally awesome assistant, Christa!! They are just absolutely Wonderful to me!! And I would not trade them or mess up with them for Nothing in the world!!

Dr. Scarlett and Christa and their whole entire staff...are true Blessings sent right to me from Lord God Jesus Christ himself!! And HE...GOD...AKA JESUS CHRIST...Is still very much in the Miracle Performing Business!! I am Living Proof of this!!!!

To the person seeing doctor Scarlett do u have a number an location for him plz. I'm in Omro Wi. My doctor KEEPS cutting me down also. I was on 7 30 mg oxycodone a day along w/ 2 oxycotin 80 mg from a doctor I was seeing in Milwaukee. Whom I lost after 21/2 yrs . Now seeing one in Oshkosh who automatically cut me to half of everything instantly. Talk about being floored an in pain.. An he continues to want to cut me off.

I've got a spiral cord close to being severed. I've got pain every place. I've had a total shoulder reconstruction done. I was along the outside of a cab coming from knee replacement therepy. Which obviously caused all these new issues. But anyway i need a caring doctor not one that says this is all we're aloud to do because of laws. Like folks are saying everyone is different.

Hello,

YES, Dr. Scarlett is still working out Wonderfullyfor me!! As a matter of fact I just recently had my appointment just a few days ago. I received my regular prescriptions without any talk regarding lowering them.

There Is Hope!!! God is the One who Directed me right to Dr. Scarlett the very day that ruthless evil pain dr.....Dr. Hasan... Just dropped me for no other reason than Lies!! But her dropping me was such a Blessing In Disguise because I now have a pain dr. And staff that actually Cares about their patients!

Wishing you the very best!!

Hey there,

I cannot Imagine the stress you are feeling right now...Well, wait a minute...Yes I can imagine it because I endured similar worry when I was dropped.

And while I cannot Speak for any doctor or what they might do..Yet in my personal opinion, I do not think that you have Anything to worry about regarding what verbally happened between you and that other pa/ doctor.

The main thing, with Dr. Scarlett especially, is when you see him, that you be Completely Honest with him. Because I tell you, That doctor, Dr. Scarlett, can smell Dishonesty a Mile Away! He can look at a person and Tell whether or not they're truthful, or if they're Hiding the truth!!

But No, I don't think that which you told me, will even be an issue there with them. But still, I cannot Speak on behalf of him...Just on my own experience!

But one thing is sure...And that is that Dr. Scarlett is compassionate and outgoing, and treats patients just as they are, which are people that are suffering from pain. He and his PA Christa do not treat you any less than that.

I Know when I went to my very first visit after the horrific thing that Hasan had done to me, I was Beyond worried and stressed. I'd heard all the horror stories about how near impossible it was to get another pain doctor to give out narcotic pain meds to a person after he or she had been dropped by another.

My heart was Pounding that day. And weeks before the visit I actually pondered Telling The Truth...Or telling them a lie about why I was dropped by Hasan. And as I was praying just 2 days before my very 1st visit, my God told me "Be Truthful Always!"

So with deep breaths, when time came, I was Completely Honest and Truthful with what happened! And when I saw him for the very first time after I told his assistant, and Hearing him say that he was accepting me as a new patient, and Hearing him sound off the medications to me that he was going to give to me, oh it was Awrsome!!

Then the next visit, and the next, and even Now, going on 4 years later, every visit has been great. It feels so good to be treated with Respect and dignity, and not nasty and harshly like I was treated by Hasan and her assistant Jenelle!!

All I know is WHAT A TRUE BLESSING IN DISGUISE.that I was dropped by Hasan!! So, with that being said, I am pretty sure you will be just fine!!

The best thing is to call your insurance company to help. People are very tight lip on who their doctor is. What we must do on a daily basis is flood calls and emails to the current government politicians that we vote in. We voted these people in. Like Scott Walker who made this bill up. He doesn't have our pain. Can't they see that there are two words that lead to opiate addiction? One, when they can't have meds that help pain or have no insurance they turn to other means. Two, they may just like doing it. I think they should have taken each patient by case and went from there. If you don't do right then be dealt with. This has become a very inhumane way to treat us I feel. I urge you to make your family and friends aware of what is happening, and call your alderman and mayor, and ever flood the governor's office. And when it's time to vote here in Wisconsin, get out and vote. Try to make it to the meeting of the new candidates and ask the hard questions. The CDC can't tell us how we feel.

Then try Dr Sani at APM or Dr Thomas Stauss at APM. They did my surgeries & after care & were extremely wonderful!

Re: Lucy2009a (# 172) Expand Referenced Message

A tens unit is exterior, and very helpful with pain- while u use it. Your insurance will pay for it (minus deductible)- I recommend u get one if ur in that much pain! I've never turned down anything "holistic" (meaning ANYTHING extra that can help with my pain that isn't just medication), & that includes my own inversion table, multiple back braces, PT, physical rehabilitation, nerve blocks, a spinal cord stimulator implant, surgeries, aqua therapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, forcing myself to stay for & deal with the consequences working out causes, inj's... what I'm trying to say is my doctors always prescribed me my meds bc I had a history over the last decade of constantly trying anything recommended. (& 4 yrs of this, b4 pre-existing condition law was passed, I paid dearly out of pocket, & still digging myself out financially due to it). I'm only 37, & for being as young as I am, there's not just MRI's & my word to show or prove my pain to them. You have to play the game, bc if ur it in that much pain, you'll try nearly anything- ESP. the non-invasive therapies out there that don't require surgery. If u dont, you'll be looked at now as a "pill seeker" with all the crap the government is putting us thru. It's ridiculous, but my sister fell under that category with her fibromyalgia, & no longer can work, & was put on suboxone, stripped of all narcotics almost overnight & left to suffer. No concrete physical evidence shes suffering. It's a scary world out there for us who suffer from chronic pain, unfair & biast. And it's obvious soon enough it's only gonna get worse for us- soon enough they hope to rid all narcotics with a new replacement out there already in place from our wonderful government. Play their game & for now that should get u back in their good graces,& allow u access to your proper pain relief medication. I don't mean to come across rude.

I'm trying to give advice, as tough as it is to take. I'd hate to know another sufferer fell victim like my sister bc they weren't aware of their standards to not lose everything. I'm paying my price for my stupidity failing a u/a from thc, but when you're in pain, sometimes you do anything to help, no matter how short that help lasts. I had a great thing going at APM, & now I'm not sure another Dr will even take me on after being discharged. I'm scared I'll lose everything I suffered to obtain, turn to abusing alcohol or street drugs, bc I can't do much of anything w/ out proper pain relief. It's such an unfair world. The good 'ol USA, but 1 strike & it's already looking like I sealed my fate. No forgiveness, no second chances. It's like they almost want the pain population to resort to becoming addicts without even a very strict & grueling process that would allow a second chance. If anyone out there has gotten a second chance for a situation like mine, I beg for your advice... as tough as it may be. I'm begging for advice on this situation only I put myself in!
Good luck to (all) of u out there struggling. My prayers are with u all- bc that's about all we can do since we have absolutely no say or control over our situations when it comes to proper pain relief. We're becoming more helpless by the day, & I truly fear for the future. But do remember- play their game. It's why my Drs didn't make me conform to the exact requirements the CDC & FDA approved. I've been told by 2 Drs "it's obvious you've tried everything, that's why we're making an exception in ur situation." They did lower my meds, but not to the ridiculously low approved morphine amount they count all narcotics to allowed by law.

The doctors had a paper trail of everything I did they asked of me, thus not liable for a lawsuit or losing their licenses. But I made the mistake (biggest mistake of my life,) & broke their trust. -& I'm young... The thought of never having a second chance to be properly treated for my pain scares me to the point of barely sleeping, panic attacks & nervous breakdowns. How long til I give up? I have a LONG time to think about it & live in that nightmarish reality. I may become my sister b4 I know it. Yup, I'm scared straight. Had I only known what I know now, I'd have NEVER given in to my pain& made such a stupid mistake when the opportunity came to me at the worst but perfect time when I couldn't take the pain anymore, but that was exactly the wrong time. What a stupid mistake. Please learn from my living nightmare. I had it made compared to many others, although it wasn't easy OR CHEAP, (& let me tell u, I didn't have a life in order to have it "made"- I lived to try to help my pain in any way possible & w/ out giving up & claiming bankruptcy, I live to pay off debt). But PLEASE, learn from my mistake & learn to play the game. It's seeming to be our only option if we dream to only have a part-time life with the meds they allow us. Good luck to all of u & I can only pray this long msg helps at least ONE person. We already don't have a life, but plz learn from my mistakes & advice. It can always get worse! My heart goes out to each & every one of u!

Hi. I really hope you'll respond to my message. My pain dr left the practice and the dr who took over my care told me I'm too young to need pain meds and only offered me injections. I have a chronic, progressive disease called ankylosing spondylitis that is severe. Id really appreciate it if you could tell me the name of the dr you see, as he seems like a very good, compassionate physician. Thank you!

I won't go to pain clinics. I had 1 that gave me 5 injections when I had a tumor, by doing that it caused the tumor to grow and tore up my spine. I need to find a primary care Dr to prescribe morphine and something for break thru pain, I also have systemic scleroderma. which is very painfull. anyone know any Drs in the kenosha , racine area??

If you found Dr. Scarlett to be sarcastic and rude then:

1. You are talking about a totally different Dr. Scarlett than the one I see because the one that I see doesn't have a sarcastic bone in his body. And I've been seeing him and his NP, Christa, for almost 3 years now.

2. If it was the same Dr. Scarlett, then I'm sure the only rudeness you are referring to was his refusal to take you on as a new patient.

Dr. Scarlett can distinguish between the patients who are sincere and legit and those that are just seeking narcotic pain medication. Not at all saying that is who you are...But I am defending my doctor and his assistant Christa because they are the best, most caring pain management doctor I've ever had.

And after the nasty rude mean ass Muslim beast doctor that I experienced for a few years in Dr. Hasan and her worthless, rude, uppity NP Jennelle, and the rest of her staff...Being with Dr. Scarlett and Christa is a breath of fresh air!! And that goes for the whole APM staff that I've dealt with!! Dr. Scarlett, Christa, and that whole APM staff are a true Godsend...Answered prayers!!

I live in upper Michigan and just recently moved here from downstate. in 2010 I had a C-section that got messed up and they cut nerves in half so I wake up like an bent over 85 year old woman until my meds kick in and to repair all this they put a bladder mesh sling in me anybody know a good doctor in upper Michigan that will prescribe me meds I need? Because doctors have told me in the past that I have to be rich to afford a fake nerve so all that can be done is meds for the rest of my life

My story continues. I've been told that my pain meds were going to be slowly stopped over a 90 period. Guess a government mandate has decided I don't need meds for pain any more. To bad our elected officials how the power to decide that pain meds are no longer needed. I am now moving from Wisconsin to Ocala Florida. My future for help with my 24/7 back and neck pain is not good. Hopefully I will find a Doctor or Pain Management Clinic that understands my need for help! I'm just sick over all this!

Hello,

If you have been dropped from having a dirty ua due to having Marijuana and you actually expect Dr. Hasan will take you as a patient and give you narcotic pain meds, you are sadly mistaken.

She is very strict and checks her patients' blood even. She and her staff treat her patients like they are worthless trash!

Besides, she drops people for even drinking alcohol while taking their pain meds! I'm not trying to be rude or mean but just being honest.

I was treated by that witch for 8 years and the final 4 of those were the worst treatment ever!!

My APM doctor is very good to me. I could not ask for a better one.
