Will Suboxone Strips Show Up In Urine Drug Test When Im Supposed To Take Subutex?

I am on subutex but my boyfriend gets suboxone strips n always wants a few of mine so I give em to him n he gives me strips back in return. My Dr has a drug screen that is a mile long. He was even able to tell when I took cilotipin when I'm already on xanax so I guess my question is will the lab be able to tell I've been taking strips as well? BTW he as always checks my levels n near the last few days before I see my Dr I only have enough to take 2-4mgs n I'm on 12mgs. Plz help my Dr appt is coming up real soon.

Klonopins and xanax are two different drugs but treat the same thing, but I was curious to see if the suboxone showed up?

Suboxone has a medication called Nalaxone in it. Subutex does not have Nalaxone so yes, they can tell the difference because the body would produce different chemicals for each of the drugs. Let me specify though, a urine analysis done by a cup can not tell the difference because they are not set up to test for the presence of Naloxone but a lab test can certainly tell the difference.

Just curious how long naloxone is detectable. I took a sub 14 days ago and go to my Subutex doctor later today. Will naloxone still show at the lab?

Hello! Im on 16mg suboxone a day and i didnt take it today becaudr im very sick well is thr suboxone clinic going to know i skipped a day? What if im sick for the next two days? I have a appointment monday if i dont have any in. My system because i cant stomach it? ?

no...the subutek and suboxin cant be differentiaed because dr.s only test for buprenorphin.suboxin has naloxone in it and subutek doesnt.soooo, unless they test for naloxone youll be fine and they dont test for naloxone.i know..it happened to me cus i took suboxin when i was supposed to take subutek(the teks are way bettr).

Me and my husband did the same thing he took mine I took his we have the same doctor Hell No they didn't show up any different there was one hole week my husdand took only my subutex and his test was just fine.so u are good .

How do u know this? I was wandering because I really need a correct answer. I am supposed to take subutex, but i took a suboxone strip and by the time I go back to the doctor it will have been 10 days. I really can't afford to lose my doctor, or my meds, but i was running low, and needed to fill the gap. How do you know that they can't test for naloxone? Just to be specific, my Dr does a 5-panel+suboxone. Does this show nalocone, or just the buprenorphine?!
