While there are actually quite a few substances that can cause false positives for various opiates (such as Suboxone), the biggest perpetrators are other synthetic or semi-synthetic opiates.

Wellbutrin (Bupropion) on the other hand has shown up as a false positive for Amphetamines, but not Suboxone.

Have you asked your doctor about getting re-tested?
