Will I Pass A Pre-screening Work Drug Test?

Hi, I need help. I got a job and already submitted my signature in writing as acceptance for the job. I take Suboxone legally, only 4 mgs daily. I have a drug test on Monday and I need to pass. I think it is really unfair that I am finally getting my life back and have to worry about this. I need this job. Please respond only if you absolutely know the answer. Should I stop taking it as of right now? Will I pass this way?
