Will I Feel My Other Medication 12 Hrs After Suboxone

I took a 3rd of suboxone 12 hours ago and I'm trying to wait but was wondering if I took my other medication would it be a waste?

I'm putting this on here because too many people say nope u gotta wait 48 hours. Common sense sais u probably aren't filling all the receptors. And as every hour goes by after peak blood concentration its coming out of the receptors. The two will compete but if u use enough u will get releif and possibly high... I've taken subs a year straight everyday and use it in the am. I've used h later that night and while no rush I def got releif and high
