Hi I'm taking 4 80 Oxy a day I'm starting suboxin Thursday I just wanted to know if I will gain wieght? I really want to stop this bad addiction it's killing me & my pocket $$ but I DON'T want to gain wieght I will absolutely not be able to deal with that! If anyone knows please help? Also I have Wellbutrin so I was thinking if I take both maybe I'd lose wieght? Has anyone had any wieght loss or gain? Thanks!

Usually, it is not the narcotics themselves that cause people to gain weight, but rather the fact that the person taking them tends to get more somnolent and sedentary, while they are being treated with them.

Do you exercise regularly and watch your diet? If so, then you should be able to continue doing so, unless your doctor instructs you otherwise.
