The small white pill with ML on one side and blank on the other side is made by a company called MAGNILIFE sold over the counter at CVS Pharmacy as a Muscle Cramp Pain Reliever for the relief of muscle pain, cramping, and stiffness in legs, feet, back, hips and joints.

It’s not dangerous! It’s a leg and muscle relief pill you can get over the counter. It helps your legs from cramping contains magnesium. You can take a few under the tongue, keep meds away from kids ;) no worries !

Yes lol all they are going to do is get high levels of magnesium! It’s just a magnesium pill to relieve leg cramps and muscle pain. They are over the counter Magni Life homeopathic, you can find them at the pharmacy. I take them for leg cramps

They are Magnilife pain relief, they're for pain in the lower back, buttocks an legs.
Active ingredients:
Capsicum annuum 6×hpus- for pain while sitting.
Colocynth is 6×hpus - for pain along back of thigh.
Gnaphalium Polycephalum 6×hpus - pain reliever
Magnesia Phosphoric a 6×hpus - for leg and back pain.
Dissolve 2 tablets under tongue 2 to 3 times daily or as directed by your Dr

Probably the homeopathic medicine for sciatica relief. It's small, white, no scores, "ML" on one side and nothing on the other. It melts under the tongue. So it has no coating.
