It is a small white round pill. One side blank and the other side has a line that is placed in the center not going all the way up and down it looks more like a capital I or lower case L.

My Metoprolol is a small, very small, white pill with only a small line in one side. It is a beta blocker used to treat high bp and angina in some patients. Definitely do not use as a recreational drug.

I have been told they are fd118s which are codeine and some kind of opiate. I suffer with a broken vertebrate and don't know if it's in my mind, but seem to be working. Have you heard this before?

People, a tablet without specific letters or numbers can literally be anything. Likely an OTC product.
And if you have a tablet with specific letters / number on them, this isn't the thread to ask about them. Chances are there's another page that already discusses that specific tablet.

It's a sink pill. I found a bunch in my mothers cabinet and I couldn't identify it online so I asked and that's what she told me. I wasn't sure if I belived her because what I could come up with online said that it was an antidepressant and I knew that she had been having some problems so I looked up ' round zinc pill' and it was a perfect match. It was part of a vitamin pack along with many other unidentifiable pills.

Sounds like Tylenol 3. Those are usually round white pills with a line on one side and blank on the other. A bit smaller than the end of ur pinkie

So, it only has the score mark and no other markings?
If so, we can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification.
That means that it's most likely something that's available over the counter and that leaves it open to many different possibilities.
Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down.
I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.
Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
