White Pill Scored On 1 Side With No Imprint
UpdatedIt is a white round pill and on one side it has an indent line in the middle of it, like most pills do. But no other imprints on it what so ever. It is very small.

In that case it is almost impossible to identify, the only thing we can say for sure is that it is not a legal U.S. prescription drug, as they are all required by law to have imprints to enable their identification.
With no marking, it could be anything and the only way to find out for sure would be to pay to have it analyzed by a lab.
There are many pills on the market that meet this description, many over the counter products, such as low-dose aspirin, allergy medications and some supplements.
I am sorry, I really wish I could help more.
Did you find it in the U.S.?
My brother's girlfriend is a hospice nurse. I can no longer afford to go to the Dr. for pain management for injuries I sustained in a car accident. I was talking to her about this and how I was concerned about not having my medication... Tramadol 50mg. She immediatetly said that she often runs by tramadol and that she could possibly get it for me. I asked how can she do that. She explained that when her patients die... she often takes the medication they have left. She said it was okay for her to take these medications because otherwise they would only get thrown away. She also said that she had some hydrocodone left from a root canal that I could have. I had taken this before and she explained that they were 7.5mg/325mg... etc. looked in and then handed me a bottle w/ her name on it... and the label was for the generic version of adderall. This concerned me because my brother is a Methamphetamine addict (not recovered) and I had a feeling she could possibly be a user too.
I know I shouldn't have accepted the medication, since it was not prescribed for me. In the bottle were 6 pills that were identifiable hyrdocodone. There were also 8 larger, white oblong pills, unmarked w/ scoring on one side. These pills almost have a pearl like finish. Totally smooth w/ no markings on them what so ever. I am now not concerned w/ what the pills can do for me... but that this could be a dangerous nurse. Perhaps addicted and selling dead/dying patients meds? Maybe even getting narcotic meds from out of the US. I want to confront her, etc. I don't know what to do. Please advise me!! This could be a very dangerous situation. Thanks.
How about you mind your own business? She was trying to help you. You came to her with pain. What did you want from her? Turn her in, and she would lose her income and you could cause family problems. Leave it alone.
I also have a white oblongish pill with a score (a line down the middle) only on the one side and the other side has nothing on it.
The little white pill that has no markings except for a 1 or what looks like half of a score on the middle is Lopressor 25mg, also known as Metoprolol.
You asked her for help and she offered it to you. Suddenly you care about where its coming from. You are the worst kinda person there is out there. Someone is willing to help you and then you start talking about narking them out. Grow some balls and deal with the pain or go to the dr. Cause apparently you're a little nerdy dork that probably got beat up in school a lot, and what do u think is gonna happen if you do get her fired? I'd hate to be in your shoes when they find out it was you that narked when you asked for the help.
From my knowlage it is NOT legal for her to take meds from a patient that had passed... 1: they are not prescribed for her... 2: All narcotic medications and other medications must be disposed of at the time of a hospice patient's death. That is federal law. The medications cannot be left at the home for the family to throw out, the hospice nurse is not permitted to keep the medication. The hospice care provider must make sure that the medications are destroyed! The U.S. Code of Federal Regulations 42 CFR 418.96 states.
Greer I see your point BUT. I am on pain meds for an injury and have been for 10 yrs. Because of people like the hospice nurse keeping pills to either sell or use or give away, it's harder for doctors to prescribe to the people that really need it. From her taking those meds it has the possibility to lead to 3 places: jail, institution, or death. Besides, she should know better.
Mind your own business. She tried to help you. You're in the wrong for asking her. Take responsibility for ur actions. You face as much jail time for accepting the dope..Drop it. Move on. Stop trying to get her in trouble.
Mylan makes alprazolam. A round 2mg tablet marked A-4. It is scored for (4-.5mg) doses with a +. I am no expert, I have situational anxiety and panic attacks. One mg of Alprazolam will alleviate most nervous disorders. Cold turkey is the worst thing that a person will experience. Please be careful. Think carefully before you take Xanax.
