White Pill M 321 - Xanax?

I have a little white pill that has an M on one side and 321 on the other. Is it a xanax?

No, but it is a related medication. This tablet is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 0.5mgs of Lorazepam, which is a generic for Ativan.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability.

No, it's Lorazepam .5mg. It is a Benzodiazepine like Xanax, works a little differently some patients have said, makes them a lot more drowsy and dizzy. If it's not yours, get rid of it but crushing it between two spoons, mix a little bit of dish soap in it and pore it down the sink with the water running. It is prescribed Insomnia, Anxiety, Panic Attacks etc, like Xanax. It is a schedule 4 drug and highly addictive. Get rid of it especially if your out somewhere and need to drive home because it can really sedate you. Please take care.
