White Pill 158 C

I'm looking at a pill that has 158 on one side and a C on the other side. What is this?

This tablet is manufactured by Cipla USA and they list it as actually being YELLOW and containing 7.5mgs of Meloxicam which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to pain, fever, and swelling. (NDC 69097-158)

The FDA lists the typical side effects possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.

Inactive ingredients:

- Colloidal Silicon Dioxide
- Magnesium Stearate
- Sodium Citrate
