Are you thinking of Baclofen 10 mg from Qualitest? It is a white football shaped pill with a cursive V on one side and 22 | 65 on the other. Actually, what gave it away for me from your description is that you said it is a muscle relaxer starting with the letter B. The NDC code is 0603-2406.
