I got some of the rounded g3722 an wondering if there fake I haven't felt nothing anybody no anything?

I have recently got some white Xanax 2 mg with G3722 on them. when I took one I felt nothing at first then a drunk like feeling. I took another one the next day and it felt like I was suppose too. Could some of these be fake??? And if so, how can I tell the difference between the two?
