The end of the pill are rounded, scored on one side. They are supposed to be 10 mg Ambien, ordered from a pharmacy in India. My third or fourth order, but only this one has seemed sketchy. The other pills were marked in a way that I could identify them as Zolpidem.

Without any markings, it is going to be difficult to determine what the tablets contain, that is one of the hazards of ordering in such a manner.
Have you tried contacting the place you ordered from to ask them for more information on them?
