Hi Kevin,
Unfortunately I couldn't find an exact match to your description. The closest match being "MP 51", whereas the "M" and "P" are somewhat fused together. This pill is also white and round, and has been identified as Prednisone (5 mg).
I cannot post a picture due to copyright reasons, however, if you type "pill MP 51" into google images, you'll see the pill I'm referring to.
Prednisone is a synthetic corticosteroid drug that is particularly effective as an immunosuppressant, and affects virtually all of the immune system. It is used to treat certain inflammatory diseases and (at higher doses) cancers, but has significant adverse effects.
