I have found a white/cream coloured pill in my car door, need some answer from people as I dont know what it is.
It has a capital 'M' with an underscore underneath it followed by the number '200'. It is round and smooth.
Please help.

This pill is difficult to ID, but I did find some information that may be of help. Another patient with this same pill has an "assumption" that it may be 200mg of Ibuprofen (Motrin), and they believe the PV could stand for 'Premier Value'. This user was based in the UK if that counts for anything, but since I can't locate a definitive match, this is all I have to go off of for now.
Hopefully someone else who has this pill in their possession can help by posting a few more details on what it might be. Good luck on your search!
