Hi Lisa,
The closest match I could locate for this marking shows up as a round white pill imprinted with I-2, (but not with red specs or red imprint). This pill is manufactured by Perrigo Company.
There is also a reddish-orange pill that fits this description, but there is no white on the pill. Quite the opposite of the other one. This pill is manufactured by Major Pharmaceuticals Inc.
Both of these pills are identified as Ibuprofen (200 mg).
That said, I can only assume that this "could" be ibuprofen; but I would recommend taking the pill over to your local pharmacy to confirm this.
