No, this is not a Darvocet tablet, nor any type of narcotic.
The marking is actually 8I (that's a capital i) and it contains 800mgs of Ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

This same manufactured also has ones with a 4I and 6I marking that contain 400mgs and 600mgs respectively.
