White Pill With M 145

I have a small, white, round pill with m 145 imprinted on it. 'm' and '145' are each on their own line, but on same side. Any identification for it would be great.

That last digit is actually meant to be a 6 but it is hard to see, this is Spironolactone 25mgs, a diuretic.
