Unfortunately since this pill description does not show up under any of my U.S. prescription drug resources, I can't find any information on it. I also tried searching a few different variations of the imprint, but the closest match is a round yellow pill with the same imprint "144"; which is identified as Pantoprazole sodium delayed release (20 mg).

Unless you believe that your pill might be light yellow as opposed to white, odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. and/or that it is some sort of over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. Additionally, it could possibly be a party drug, since there are no results even on simple search engines like google.

Did you find this pill on the street by chance?

If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. And as a last resort, you could ask them about getting the pills ingredients lab tested and brought back to you.
