Are you saying it has an R 178 and a 73 on it, or does it just have the R 178?
An oval, white tablet with R 178 is a 10mg Amlate tablet, which contains the active ingredient Amlodipine, which is a calcium channel blocker that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.
