White Oval Pill E 145 (Top voted first)
UpdatedI recently had a baby and was prescribed Hydrocodone 500 MG. When I looked at the pills in the bottle yesterday there are 2 different pills in there. One being Hydrocodone and the other is unidentified so I am looking to get some help to prevent hurting my breast feeding baby! The pill is white, oval, and stamped with the letter and numbers E145 (the E being a little slanted). Thanks for any help that you may have!!

They Hydrocodone you were prescribed is not the 500mg in that tablet, the 500mg would be the Acetaminophen that is coupled with it as a buffer, Hydrocodone is not available in a dose any higher than 10mgs.
As to the other pills, yes, James identification is correct. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammtory. It appears someone made an error filling your prescription and you need to take the bottle back to the pharmacy and let them know about it.
