The tablet with the IP 465 marking contains 600mgs of Ibuprofen.

Is that the dosage you're taking?

If so, it is likely that your pharmacy was a little short of tablets from one manufacturer to fill your entire prescription, so they had to use one, or more from another manufacturer.
