The identification provided by George is correct, this tablet did contain 800mgs of Ibuprofen. NDC: 00591-3466. This tablet has been discontinued.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding ,and stomach irritation.
