White Barrell Shaped With 10 P

The pill is smaller white and barrell shaped. On one side it has 10 | P , that is a line separating the 10 and P and nothing on the other side. Any info would be appreciated.

I found a pill with the same imprint of P over 10 with a line separating the two, but it is orange and round; identified as Propranolol hydrochloride 10 mg. I know it's not barrel shaped, but perhaps they could be a similar drug or even from the same manufacturer since they have a similar imprint...

There's really no other information online (at least through the first few pages of google) showing any supporting evidence that a white pill like this even exists. So I'm led to believe that it's either foreign, fake, or possibly an OTC med. Where did you find it at?
