Does anyone know of a pharmacy that carries the yellow 10-325 percocets? They work a lot better for me than the white ones but i havent had much luck finding them.
Re: Tenn woman (# 17)
I'm looking also in Antioch.
Where can I find a pain management doctor that will continue to prescribe endocents
Re: Larry (# 72)
They do still make Oxycodone 10 mg/Acetaminophen 325 mg in numerous generics. Endo Pharmaceutical still makes Brand Name Percocet. But, insurance companies will not pay for a Brand Name when a generic is available. Unless the doctor writes Brand Name Only on the prescription. Most, if not all insurance companies also require a Prior Authorization to cover a Brand Name. Brand Name medications are too expensive for the majority of people to pay for them.
Re: myra (# 5)
They do not make a 10/325mg Percocet anymore. I was on them for five or six years and they were the best pain pills there are, but you can't find them no more. Sorry, I wish I could help. I would definitely take my script there.
Re: John brown (# 2)
I remember getting Qualitest brand 10/325. It has a checkmark on it. They were yellow. They did NOT work AT ALL for me. I got them at CVS about 2 year ago. I switched to Walgreens. Yesterday i got my script at Walgreens and they gave me a new brand that I have never seen or heard of: Camber? Something like that? They are oblong and bright yellow. THEY ARE NOT WORKING LIKE THEY SHOULD BE!!! Plus, I am so drowsy. I can barely keep my eyes open. I have been on this med for many years- same dose. This never happens.
Re: myra (# 5)
Hello, Happy New Year 2018. Walgreens just switched from the Actavis mfr. to the Camber mfr. My heart is with you. I suffer from many debilitating problems. This new Camber mfr is terrible! Doesn't help with PAIN AT ALL! It makes me sick, bad headaches, clogged ears, dizziness... I have been on meds for a long time. I will tell you this...something is not right with this mfr!!! I think they might be a mfr in India with a warehouse in Piscataway, Nj. I would try independent pharmacies. I hope all of us get relief soon! Pls take care of yourself!
Re: Bobby (# 68)
The pharmacist cannot exchange the pills once you leave the pharmacy.
Re: Pessimist (# 10)

Re: Miami65 (# 56)
No you are not crazy it is true they don't have the same level of efficacy and it's a scam by pharmacies as they order from various warehouses and whomever offers the cheapest deal wins the bid. Despite the care and compassion for their patients.
It's disgusting and someone in legislation should do something about it. They've placed limits and sancations on physicians so should they PHARMACIES AS THEY BELIEVE THEYRE ABOVE THE LAW...... as long as bottom line works, they don't care..... we wonder why people obtain medication illegally from other countries? Really? All while patients like yourself suffer and are dying with cancer etc in pain. There's no dignity or quality of life at the expense of the patient and your local dispecible pharmacies. What's worse is the smile on their faces knowing they're lying to your face. I'm so sorry and I will be praying for your pain relief.
Re: Date pharmacist (# 42)
The Alvogen brand and others are 100% more effective as a matter of fact; studies have now produced that your "other Brands" and COMPLETE LACK OF COMPASSION FOR PATIENTS has proven the efficacy of the other medications is reduced by 20%-40% dependent on the pharmaceutical production company.
I seem to also recall PHARMACISTS TAKE AN OATH TO DO NO HARM AND HAVE LECTURES WHILE IN COLLEGE REGARDING ETHICS AND COMPASSION.
The day that pharmacists like you I PRAY will follow your physician's orders and prescribe what he orders for his patients IN BRAND PRESCRIBED. AS THE TRUTH IS PHARMACIES ORDER FROM VARIOUS MANUFACTURING FACILITIES AND THEY ELECT THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE MED, NOT BASED ON WHAT'S BEST FOR THE PATIENT.
Additionally, the TRUE SCAM IS NOT THE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY (as I CAN & WILL speak out within my profession) it is YOUR BOTTOM LINE! Purchasing cheaper and inefficient medications regardless of the excruciating pain these patients are in. I pray one day you experience it. I also am a Christian and pray later you're healed.
Some of these patients are "seekers", they are cancer patients, recovering surgical and botched surgical patients.
You PERSONALLY should be reported to the board. In the medical field myself your COMPLETE LACK OF level of concern and compassion is embarrassing and absolutely gives all those who care a BAD NAME..... I pray your family never experiences what these patients are going through - shame on you!!!!
If you haven't read the literature maybe you should do a search or visit a clinical trial study... SHAME ON YOU!
Publix has the yellow C 230's oxycodone/acetometaphin percocets. They are the best. Dont even waste your time with the white oval ones, total garbage
I have the same issue. I've been using Publix Rx, in Florida, for 6 years and they have always provided the Alvogen brand 10-325. There are round yellow pills with the "company logo" on one side and "230" on the other side. The are distributed by A. Mahrer. I was switched to a new generic brand. This brand is a big white pill with a "106" on one side and "blank" on the other. It has a score line and is in round tablet forum. They are manufactured by Midlothian Labo. NDC#: 68308-0843-01.
I noticed right away, the new ones took 2.5 hrs to finally start working. My Alvogen brand started working in 15-30 mins.
The second thing I noticed is, they did NOT seem to be nearly as effective as my previous brand. I've been on the new brand now for 2.5 weeks and I noticed I get a horrible headache with the new ones and they simply don't block the pain like my old ones! Thirdly, I have had no appetite, no energy and always feel nauseated. The new ones make me feel like I am retaining water in my brain, while the Alvogen brand seemed to have a diuretic in them. Am I crazy? What's going on? I want my old manufacturer's brand back!
I am a highly educated individual and I'm in my 50's. I have degenerative disc disease, two ruptured disc, spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis, and sciatica in both right and left hemispheres. My pharmacist said "it's the same damn thing!". My body says, "no it ain't"! I know the only difference is the binders and fillers. Is my body rejecting the new brand because it was so used to the old brand?
