I see Dr author in hollywood florida, I have florida blue insurance and my visits are only 10 dollars, I only went to the office once and the rest of the visits are by phone once a month, my scripts with insurance are only 22 dollars a month

I know this thread is old but my doctor just retired and I took a break from my xanax and life got real again. My doctor wasn't the perfect doctor but he was willing to listen and stick by me while I tried everything and xanax is the only thing that can get me out of my episodes fort myers FL or any where close

im on methadone and they swore to me it would get me clean fast all it did is make me sick if i am not able to go get my dose early in the am as if no addict works and has only 2-3 hours out of a day to gettin doses. funny thing is they give u methadone take home bottles when they are closed on Sundays but they do not trust you until you are there for a very long time to get the bottles for take home any other time it’s all about money from these people they just want your money when I told them that I did not want to be a slave to another drug they basically told me I had to take my time getting off of it. I said I understand that I have to taper, but when I was starting it, you guys gave me an increase every two days of 10 mg and now that I want to decrease you want to decrease me only like 5 mg every 4 weeks

You need to go to a urgent care clinic. Suddenly stopping benzos can be life threatening. You need to find a new psychiatrist. You may or may not find a doctor that will continue to prescribe you Xanax.

Oh my Goodness! Yes isnt that the Truth, however you forgot Methadone as well!! as if those aren't powerful narcotics!!! But God Forbid you ask for a Xanax!!! I'm so tired of these Phonie Medical Professionals acting as if they have your best interests.

Try new season clinic in west palm it’s for methadone and subutex but they take insurance and I mean almost all insurance. If u pay out of pocket it’s 18 per day that’s a lot but think how much u would spend per day to score

Can anybody recommend a doctor in Miami that is Xanax friendly? I'm used to taking 2 mg a day and restoring at night to sleep. My primary PCP just left the practice and the new covering MD refuses to prescribe either one of these medications. Does anybody have any information on another doctor in South Florida?
