Where Can I Find A Dr In Florida Who Will Prescribe Xanax To Me? (Page 2)

I have been prescribed Xanax for the last few years. My Dr has recently retired and I would like a recommendation of a Dr who can help in South Florida. I have anxiety and sleeplessness.

I have had severe panic and anxiety attacks after a cancer treatment. It was supposed to be fatal but I survived so far for 17 years... I used to take the normally prescribed medications, which all had horrible side effects (gaining a lot of weight & getting no sleep)... I discovered drops called: TRANQUIL tx made by InVite, looking for passionflower tea for sleeping... Tranquil tx has passionflower extract, camomile and lemon balm leaves.....it works wonders and faster than prescribed medications and NO side effects..for severe attacks I take several droppers in a small amount of water..try it...it is for me a lifesaver. My friends take it also when having sleeping problems. I have been taking it since 2014.

Hello. This is my first time posting. I am trying to find a doctor in Ocala or Gainesville Florida who will prescribe me either Klonopin or Xanax for my crippling social anxiety/panic disorder. I have had this mental illness my whole life and it's just affected important areas of my life (for example, school - eventually I dropped out of high school because I did not do well in a social setting) and now in my adult life I am having trouble maintaining employment. Sometimes I will quit my job after the first day because of the panic and anxiety. It's just overwhelming and I just Bolt. This is very depressing for me because I want to live not live in fear and unless you have this disorder I know it's really hard to understand but I need to find a doctor who will give me this medication, because unlike a lot of people it doesn't sedate me, it actually motivates me to be social and helps me maintain a job and be productive. I just do not want to waste my money and have a doctor that tells me the way I'm feeling is completely normal and I do not need medicine! Normal people maintain a job! I cannot because I panic after leaving my home! It affects my ability to work, learn & maintain relationships. Very sad. Please help.

The problem is Florida, you will have a harder time due to all those Pain Pill stores that opened and then were closed. Even the heiress to the Publix fortune donated close to a million dollars to keep medical and recreational pot out of the state, legally?

My dr recently took me off of Xanax after 8 yrs. and put me on buspar. Huge difference and still having withdrawals after 2 weeks. Any suggestions for a dr who will prescribe Xanax (even low dose) in Panama City Florida area?

Well yes, he was my Doctor in 2008 in California. He prescribed all sorts of pills in his 'pain clinic', I wasn't seeing him for pain. Last I heard he was arrested in South Florida for providing unauthorized Adderall but still practices. Went right from High School to Medical school in Puerto Rico.

Do you know where he’s currently working at? I’m from Naples and really need a doctor to prescribe me Xanax for my severe anxiety, panic attacks and insomnia. Please let me know if you see this. Sorry if I sound desperate it’s just I can’t take it anymore it’s getting worse.

I lived in Florida and left in 2007. About 2010 they opened up hundreds of Strip mall pain clinics and pills were available everywhere, somewhat like my little town with 8 Pot Shops & nowhere to find fresh food. They closed all those pill mills in Florida and people who really need help have problems finding a provider. Ocala is nice, nothing like Miami, Horse country, stayed at a motel there
