There are tests for probation that have the 15 Panal drug screens, I go monthly and get tested for 15 drugs and it is on there now on drug screens for a job they won't have it

I'm sorry but you should check your facts before you state them, because there is a way to test for suboxone now and all you got to do is go to walmart and buy a 10 or 12 panel drug test and it will tell you if you are clean or dirty. It will show up as buprenorphine and it only costs 4 dollars. I know because i bought 2 of them and i was clean for everything but buprenorphine but im prescribed them so i did it just to see if i had it in my system. Have a good day.

Hi All, I take bupe for pain as needed not for maintenance. For personal reasons, I want this kept private and not to disclose. I do not take any other medications. I have an new employee drug screening come up and looks like they are only going to do the five panel test based on the lab orders they gave me, so I shouldn't be worried. A 10 or 12 panel now can have bupe on it. I was proactive and ordered a set of 12 panel tests off Amazon and took one this morning and as expected it was positive for bupe and only bupe. Of course my last dose was last night. Since I use it as needed and not daily, I will go a few days, retest at home and then go in for my actual screening once the test is clear. From what I have read it can take 3 to 8 days and drinking lots of water helps. This info probably only helps those that don't need to take it daily and are subject to the 10 or 12 panel tests with bupe included. If you have a script and don't mind listing it you are fine. I have had a friend who was discriminated against because she was on bupe even though it was prescribed so I am avoiding that.

A 10 panel test is not the highest test!!! I don't know when you tested lat but there is a 12 panel test and suboxone CAN be detected because it happened to someone i know!!!

Yes! I see a pain management Dr and they can tell the difference in my pain med and my suboxone with a urine test. If it's not in my system, he can drop me.

It's amazing how there are so few answers to how to get it out of your system and so many uneducated answers about it being tested for on what panels. I started reading this trying to find out how to get it out quickly. I know if you go to a sub clinic, they are going to test for it. I know if you go to a pain management, they are going to test for it. How the hell do you get it out?

I've been off suboxene for 92 hrs it was for pain. But made me vomit. I want to go back on my other opiate as took it properly and never got sick. is 92 hrs long long. my Dr is away.

Yes there is a test to find sub. I just had a drug test and I didn't even take it and it showed up. My husband has taken it for 7 years and I TOUCH it every day for him and it was in my system.

Yes your right. I know for a fact that the probation officers check it. Like any other normal drug. It's just that not everyone looks for it. But it is detectable. It happen to me.

You are 100% correct, my sub doctor test my urine monthly for suboxone & all drugs. It is a requirement to continue suboxone, if you arnt taking it your sub doctor will know. Suboxone has a very long half life. Can stay be detected in urine for up to 12 days. But for the person that wrote the original post, MOST drug tests cannot detect suboxone, unless the test you are going to take/took is looking specifically for bupe (suboxone or subutex).

I've been on Buprenorphine for a good 9 years now, every three months when I see my Dr., I'm dropped. I believe it's just a five panel test they do there at the office, then they send my urine specimen away to be tested for actual levels of certain drugs that are in my urine to better understand if im abusing any of my benzos, or other medications that I currently take, one drug which levels ARE tested for would be my Suboxone. When it gets sent off to a lab, I've got to believe it's a pretty extensive test, as they are able to tell levels of my benzos compared to my last test, & if the numbers fluctuate too much, it either tells them I'm either 1) taking too much of a medication 2) too little or 3) not at all. Buprenorphine (Suboxone) is most definitely detectable. BUT must be particularly tested for.

Zubsolv is not tested for in a typical screening. They would have to send your urine to the lab to preform a specific test. The metabolites in zubsolv are not the same as the ones in heroin and other types of opiates. Also it can only stay in your urine 5-7 days.
