Jack I've failed a UA because of suboxon...for mine it was a test done through outpatient treatment. So yes they do test for that and i hadn't taken my last dose for 9days!

Umm there is a test for suboxone but if I'm not mistaken it's a specific test which the urine has to be sent to a lab which unless you're in rehab or going to a sub dr you're more than likely just aren't getting that specific test done cuz it's way more expensive

Those who advise drinking lots of water are correct. Here are the facts. I took 1 8mg tablet on 6/13/2017. And another on 6/14/2017. For the next 8 days, I drank plenty of water. 2 to 3 liters a day. I knew I would be tested at my pain Dr. on 6/22/2017. I was sub free for my ua. And my Dr. sends the ua to a very precise lab for testing. I was extremely happy about passing because had I failed, I would need to find another pain management Dr. I had 4 ua fails prior to this ua. Not sure if the sub was out 4 or 6 days after ingestion. This I will never know. I do know that it was out in 8 days.

I don't know what planet your living on but there most certainly is a drug test for buprenorphine... a 12 panel UA. You shouldn't answer the question if you don't know what your talking about.

Ok, so YES, there is a specific test just for suboxone. I am in drug court in Arkansas and they test for it, but only if they suspect use of it.

If they specifically test for it, it will show up. My Dr tests me for Suboxone every month. Do some research.

Do your research. I go to day report center in Summersville, WV and on their standard icup urine test they test for buprenorphine; which is subutex and suboxone.

Every drug test I have taken has had the ability to detect buprenorphine and my suboxone doctor tests me every month to make sure I'm taking my subs and not selling them. So, therefore they most definitely do show up on drug tests.

Yeah way incorrect I failed a urine screen at over a week's time my counselor said that stays with ya for a long bit be careful with all tests these days they're all so sensitive and getting harder and harder to pass compared to 15 20yr ago methadone will stay in ya for a long time to there's many different types of testing mine is through a company called quest and hard to pass my opinion is your best luck would be to try and sneak some clean piss from a non user be careful y'all and good luck!!!????

I agree. Most pain management places also have the bupe test to make sure their patients are only using whats prescribed to them. They may not have it on your average test back than but now a days it's pretty much tested everywhere.

I get drug tested at least once a week and suboxone shows up. Idk what kind of drug test it is but it tests for quite a few drugs. It's a urine test btw

Then pls feel free to argue how I'm being violated on probation from it showing up on my urine screen twice now....oh yeah cuz they ship it off and have it specifically tested for suboxone....TADA!!!! Proved wrong.

Hey I just wanted to share. I am on suboxone and also a court ordered program court referral in Jackson county alabama it is a drug program you have to call colors every night and you must test the next morning. Trust me when I say they DO test for suboxone and the level of bup in your system. When sub first came out they did not test for it but sense the popularity and abuse it is tested for in 99% of non job related drug screens.
